Hafarizam & Co. was founded by Datuk Mohd Hafarizam Harun as a sole proprietor, and later into partnership with En Wan Azmir Wan Majid in late 2006. The firm is situated at Menara Dato’ Onn, Putra World Trade Center, Kuala Lumpur. The firm has the clientele ranging from individuals, corporations, companies, and societies. In the beginning, the firm was practicing in the area of Civil Litigation and Criminal Litigation and handled several corporate matters including corporate secretarial work, Industrial Relations matters, Disciplinary and Investigation matters.

Aisha Mubarak & Co. was founded and formed as a sole proprietor in 2005 by Pn Aisha Abdul Mubarak in Putrajaya. It was one of the first legal firm operating in Putrajaya. The firm has established a reputable name amongst the business and corporate community in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya especially in real estate conveyancing, loan documentation, corporate and company secretarial matters and contractual matters.

Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak is a product of the merger of Hafarizam & Co with Aisha Mubarak & Co which took effect on 7 July 2007.
