Aisha binti Abdul Mubarak LL.B (Hons) IIUM, LL.M (Malaya), GRAD. ICSA, started her carrier as a Lecturer at the faculty of Law UITM Shah Alam where she taught Constitutional Law and Contract Law. She left the faculty in 2004 to join Messrs Chellam & Wong as a Partner and subsequently Mah-Kamariyah & Partners as the Litigation Partner. In 2005, she set up Aisha Mubarak & Co in Putrajaya and the firm is the first legal firm in Putrajaya. She now focuses on Conveyancing, Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Public Law.

Beside the above qualifications and experience, Aisha Mubarak is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (MAICSA).

Experience

• Called to the Bar in 1998 after nine months of pupilage at Messrs Liza Chan & Co.
• Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam from 2000-2003
• Member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrator (MAICSA)
