• Involved in the UMNO Disciplinary Board since 2001
• Involved in the listing of Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the issuance of new securities and listing on Bursa Malaysia, the registration of societies and their establishment.
• Was a Senior Executive with HLI-Hume Management Co Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Hong Leong Group

Area Of Specialisation - Corporate Agreements, Conveyancing matters, Lease agreements, tenancy agreements, joint ventures for land development and liaising with state authorities and government agencies to that end, Merger And Acquisition And Corporate Securitization Exercises, due diligence exercise, subscription agreements and listing on Bursa Malaysia, Securities Commission approval for securitisation exercises, Banking and loan agreements both for individual loans and corporate loans, Employment advisory, collective agreements, employee transfer, Intellectual Property matters including registration of intellectual property rights, agreements for the assignment of rights, opposition of infringement of intellectual property rights and Company secretarial work.
